QLD Excel Series AGM 29th Oct

Hi all,

The 2008 AGM Meeting for the QLD Excel Series is to be held on the 29th Oct, 7pm, for a 7.30 start. Location Keema Hyundai Springwood, next to the big Ikea!

Points to be discussed, among others:

- Available events to run for next year, and a subsequent voting on.
- Remaining available committee positions, including chairperson and secretary, and voting.
- Early 2009 fund raising activity.

Any questions feel free to give me a call 0439 774 126. Anyone who may like to nominate for any position, but is unable to make it on the night, is encouraged to contact me prior.

Sorry guy's I might not make it, I've got to head off early on the 30th, even though it's just up the road.

If I don't make it then I vote for all the pace noted events that aren't run at night.

Thats probably not many so if we can include those I'm happy.

Yep, I'll be organising some food from 7pm for those that wanna rock up early and have a yarn.

Dave, in the next week I'll be putting together some proxy vote forms for issues that will be discussed and voted on, that I can take to the meeting on your behalf. At this stage there is looking like being a couple of pace noted events, which I know you'll you'll be pleased about.

Also, because of date clashes (one weekend apart) both rally q and kalpowar can't be included in the Excel series, and at this stage Kalpowar is the prefered option for reason which will be discussed. That still leaves rally q as a good pace noted event, and also means that those that want to have a real crack can without fear of damaging the excel title, and also we may establish a one-off challenge style of event for rally q. But again, all to be discussed and voted on next week.
