Hi all,
First of all I hope everyone had an awesome Chrissy break and had an even more legendary new years! If not... well rallying will make up for it! :clap:
I'm thinking (and feel free to throw ideas around) that the first thing we'll do for 2009 is a bit of a BBQ get together, everyone to to mingle, meet the newbies, ask questions, just a bit of a pre-season get together.
At this stage I was thinking somewhere central, and no where is more central than Roma Street Parklands. Free BBQ and drinks (BYO 'Drink' drinks), probably on a weeknight, around 6pm-6.30 whilst it's still daylight, and they'll be plenty of free parking available.
At this stage I was sort of thinking Wed 28th Jan. If everyone is cool with that date I'll go about publishing it in as many places as possible! Any other suggestions or ideas feel free to throw them at me!
