I'll have my nasty FWD hair dressers car going this year. It's debut on dirt will be as a course car at the Yarraman sprint. I wonder if Justin is ahead of me on the seeding list yet? :)

Well...I've been "F'd in the A" by Jas. He's decided to do an MBA course this year which leaves him little time to go rallying (or work on the car for that matter). The original goal was to get the car ready for Jimna on 4th April, but it now looks like it'll be Rally Q on 8-10 May (he said that he's committed to getting the car ready for Rally Q)...

So if anyone is looking for a nav for Jimna, give me a PM, I'd be glad to help out!

Might be delayed a couple of weeks in getting the car to you Nathan....

Justin, you sure you sold Tweety and that thing didn't just eat it? As for your proposed new ride, well even if it does have a turbo it still won't help being Fwd!:crazy:

my goal this year is to scratch together an excel in some form or another and do at least one rally, just to see how cheap i can get one up and running , i currently have a dark blue twin cam that is destined to be rallied, but i lent to a mate who needed a car to drive ,

the excel finally arrives early march after missing out by less than a km from being burnt to crisp in the fires. i think its blue? u think i would know but i wont see it till it gets here

i did have plans to do a round or two in the second half of the year but it depends on the economy and how it continues to effect business...... the year has started slowly but starting to pick up..... i had to put my order for the 50mm DMS on hold now that was depressing but we have started to modify one of the work trucks so we can at least tansport it around

at worst we will do the same sprints we do in the xr6 this year and aim for QRC/excel series in 2010

Jason is looking at painting the car white....(we thought it was nice and boring, cheap and easy to dress up)... given that the only other two white cars in Queensland have been sold we won't be treading on any toes...just yet!
