View Full Version : Plan To Join 2010 excel Rally

Hi all,

Been planning to join in on some rally last few years and plan to start of in the excel series to test my skills :)

First i need to get a car together and be ready for the first stage in NSW 2010 :)

Hope to meet some of the NSW terams to gain some knowledge and help !

Any advise on what car club i should join up to so i can compete in the excel series ?

The excel club :potstir:

Thornleigh Car Club or North Shore Sporting car club would probably be good places to start which are more local to you and are invloved in rallying. Basically you need to be a member of any CAMS affiliated club in Australia just so you can get a CAMS licence. It doesn't matter which one for the excel series. Thornleigh also do a lot of other club motorsport activities and are very active these days.

Do Navigators have to be involved with a car club and have some form of cams license ?

Thornleigh car club is close to me so ill look into that and sign up, thanks !
