Can someone please give me a listing of who has won the Victorian Excel Series since it's inception?

Yep JC has it right, Craig won Co-Driver with Paul and Geoff- one of my more controversial strategies.

Looks like Hyundai rallying in Vic is pretty much a family sport doesn't it?

So statistically speaking you have a 1 in 4 chance of winning the Victorian series if the driver and navigator aren't related and a 3 in 4 chance of winning if they are:)
