OK guys and Girls this event is being run by our very own Davetrees-as a HRA extravaganza- in a couple of weeks. As the majority of co-drivers out there are scared of real MAPS:potstir: Dave's event is fully route charted and runs down Warragul way. Now apart from my slow self :lmao:is anyone else going? and Dave how are entries coming along?
Regards GRUMBO

I didn't realise it was one for the non-map people.
Would have been a good-un to do, but we'll be at the 6 Hour at Phillip Island.
I believe that Dinta is doing both the 6 hour and Thompson Valley though; wish I had that level of fitness!
Enjoy!

You should read the Supp Regs Tony ! :slap:
It's only 2 hours from the Island to Toongabbie .... practice Saturday, rally Saturday night, race Sunday .... where's your commitment ? :|

Well the TVR has been run and won and what a great event -no bullshit -good roads an early finish-sensible use and distance of transports and great fun-a marked difference from the Derrick.
Ged and I both had a run with Ged hosing lots of competitors but had a problem in the second leg which cost him heaps of time but he still finished 15th. I had my usual casual run but the number of times we saw triangles out made progress a little slower, On the final competitive four cars were stopped either on or off the road and slowing down for each car took its toll.
For those at the Derrick the event was won by the "ugliest rally car" who dropped 15seconds for the event Ged15.43 and Major Slow 25.15-Ah well
A huge thanks to our own Dave G who together with the HRA ran a great event and I must also mention Daniel C and Kimberly B who were lurking out in the forest at a road closure. Thank you and all who officated without whom we would have NO events.:grouphug:
