3 Questions '95 fuel tank, wheel probe and Co pilot watch

as per the title.

Question 1;
I have a '95 model 3 door which I use as a reccie car and it has a steel petrol tank. Does anyone know if it is a straight swap if I want to fit a plastic tank? Can I just use the tank, pump and straps from a 3 door plastic tank car??

Question 2;
Does anyone know if I can test a wheel probe to see if it is still functional with a multi meter? I have a generic probe with 2 wires and an earth shield.

Question 3;
Our co-pilot watch (AST Co-Pilote Rally Watch http://www.astopwatch.com/products/RW2CopiloteRallywatch.asp ) has broken one of the rubber wrist straps; does anyone know where I might be able to get a new strap in Aus?
