Hello again,

I've currently got the car stripped down and would like to do a bit of seamwelding & plating of the shell before it starts going back together.

I was planning to stitch around the front strut towers and to then to the firewall & front chassis rails, similarly, i'll do around the rear towers. I'll probably also stitch the full chassis rails & suspension mounting points under the car to the body.

I've seen Bens pictures of where the front rails have been plated, so might do that too. Should I bother in plating the strut tops?
I think Whitey also mentioned plating the rear trailing arms, was this just boxing in the bottom of the arms with plate?

Are there any suggestions on which other areas I should look at?

cheers
Damo

I am interested in this as well, and was planning to ask the same question (but in a couple of months).

Where are the photos of Bens car showing the plating on the front chassis rails? I wouldn't mind taking a look at them as well.
