I have a set (4) of brand new Falken RX 025A 175/65 R13 rally tyres. They are a very chunky tyre maybe a good very wet or muddy stage tyre or Khana tyre.

If Bega is like last year they could be handy.

Make an offer

Will add pics in day or so.

A majority of the NSW cars (I think all except me at this stage as I run the Ausports at nearly half the price) are having to run dunlops at events as they are fighting for the dunlop prize money on offer. The Falkens were a good wet weather tyre and good on the boney roads as well when I used them several years ago (didn't like them on the shire type roads though that is where you need to put on old worn out tyres anyway as it wears tyres really quickly). Might be easier to sell ice to the eskimos than to sell anything but dunlops up here, although I keep trying to show them that you can be quick on others. Poor example with me this year with my results:spank:, but none have been tyre related.

Actually that has got me thinking in that I might run road tyres on the shire roads if it is warm. I need to do some experimenting:naughty:. Sorry to get of track.

I ran Yokohama Geolanders on my AWD Verarda in the George Woods last year that was run on dry compact gravel and the tires were very good same type as standard on Subaru Forester don't know if you can get them in 13's. Don't squirm as much as rally tires on compact road surfaces.

Here are the pic's, as said they would be great for a VERY wet or muddy stage or khana's. No need to get in a fuss about price as I do not want new price for them so they will be a lot cheaper then the Ausports you use Dave.

Guys I know they are chunky but for say $150 they would be great khana tyres.

If you are local I can even fit them to your rims/

Sorry wrong way to word what I was trying to say. Falkens are a good wet weather tyre and the dunlops are a good all rounder, and the only real option if you want to turn up to an event in NSW and have them fitted as you use them as Stuckeys are the only one that will reliably show up to do tyre fitting at the rallies in NSW. Plus they have come forward and provided sponsorship up here even though we could not offer them tyre exclusivety which is a good reason to support them as well. Other options you need to plan before the event. Bigger events (state rounds and large field popular events) will attract a few more of the dealers, but seeing as we don't only run state events in NSW, if you have a routine for all tyre stuff to happen at events then Stuckeys is your best shot. Glenn has found them to have the best grip and wear from what he has tested, but hopefully I will give him a bit more challenge with the ausports as I get my car and my myself sorted and Bega should be interesting with the victorian mix of tyres as well.

I will let people in my club now of the falkens as a few of them run second hand 13s on their khana cars and I just don't wear enough of mine out (not doing enough rallies is part of it).
