Electrical junction box???

Does anyone know what that cream colour box is behind the centre console just slighty below where the radio would sit. Its mounted to the frame which holds the dashboard. it just has a whole lotta green/black wires going into it?

it is just a junction box or is it something else?

While I had the dash out completely i worked out its a common ground point :)
