Does anyone know how to remove the rubber bushes on the rear carrier arm if you dont have a press?
I just destroyed the vice (which was not a flimsy thing but a massive cast one)
it broke the front jaw clean off the shaft....
Im not sure how else I can remove em.... I dont have money to go buy a press
so thats out of the equation at the moment.... just wondering if anyone has some tips on how i can get around it.

EDIT: I also managed to split a size 17 impact socket to the point where it looks like a mushroom from the top
trying to loosen the rear control arm bolts from the body and carrier... they were seized on badly as it looks like its still the original stuff never removed once since it was built.... as you can see i had a horrid day today trying to change em over.
