HID lighting improves durability by 10 times as road vibrations can cause damage to halogen filament, but there is nothing to break inside HID bulb. These light sources also produce a blue-white light that is safer because it is closer to natural daylight.
The color temperature is more than 5000K compared to 2300K for halogen. The light output from a 35W HID Xenon lamp is 300% more light than a 55W halogen bulb. The HID Xenon system will also consume much less power from your vehicles electrical system and generate much less heat during operation.
HID Advantages
+ 3X Brigther & more consistent illumination of the road
+ Increases visual comfort & reduces fatigue when driving at night
+ Produces blue-white light that is safer because it is closer to natural daylight
+ 10X Longer Lasting. No need to replace for life of the vehicle
+ 35% less power consumption, thus generate much less heat during operation

Hi,
this is borderline spam, you need more detail, like.
what is the price and actual colour temperature , 6000K ?
Can you do 4300K?

Whitey this "add" has appeared on several sites now, I got quoted $220 by young Ben. I have asked for the details of his company ABN etc. prior to sending any money off. There has been a lot of discussion on the Vic Rally forum about the HID's for the last week or so.

Got a reply this is not a company, just someone on-selling, no address given just a mobile number. Ben says he hasn't set things up yet, but that he got a set of lights sponsored was excited by them and is now on-selling them for the people that gave him a set. My Dad is a lighting engineer Lumens measures light brightness, Kelvin measure colour temperature, what appears to be colour to us. The lower the Kelvin with HIDs the brighter they appear.

Ok...
4300k is much better for forest rally cars, and also what sort of warranty are you giving to rally/off-road cars.?
If you can beat my 18 month on-road and 12 month rally/off-road on BOTH bulb and ballast, then go nuts! ;)

Sorry, I didn't mean to come across so aggresive, its just that, as has been said, what you did is borderline spam, and I wouldn't be putting cheap chinese HID kits in my rally car without some sort of guarantee...
I've also seen what happens when the high voltage component shorts out and backfeeds into the car chassis... fried everything...
Also, you are going to need to stock 4300K if you intend to sell to rally guys. Before I said anything what sort of warranty did you really have, and what proof have we got that you can live up to it? Just picking a figure two months above both of mine doesn't inspire confidence...
In the interest of fairness and honestly, our kits are $235, for a 35W H1 4300K HID kit, or $300 for a 50w kit. Also available is a slim line ballast kit, which is an additional $50, but only available on the 35w at this stage.
I'm all for competition, but don't come on here looking like a fly by night spamer and not get at least some degree of flaming

Greg
