Control tyres

While I am not advocating that we have a control tyre I am wondering how the Queensland Pocket Rocket Series has been able to have one?

I don't understand, it is not hard to have one. NSW used to have one but for variuos reasons have dropped it, especially considering there is no million dollar tyre that leaves the others for dead in 13 inch tyres which was the worry. You just put it in the series conditions. Firstly though you would seek tenders for it to get a deal and then go for the best deal that had the right availability etc. That way everyone is on the same foot tread. You could have control suspension, etc etc if you wanted to.
