Perceptions from others about site

I know it is very important to plug sponsors but I think only Hyundai are sponsoring through their parts supprot all competitors regardless of State, maybe the State based series sponsors should only appear in the sponsors section rather than on the Site masthead. The coments I'm getting when I refer people to the site is that it is to NSW focused even had one ask where is the Victorian site, I know our Vic people are not contributing like they should but making the site look more generalist may help.

Hi John.
When the money to fund the site and 99% of the content contribution is from NSW people it will always look like a NSW site.

When Victoria is actually providing some news, info on sponsors, regs and discussion then i will look at modifying or enhancing the site as required. There is no reason that the banner can't also promote the other states series sponsors, just no one has bothered to let me know.

Typical apathy, everyone is quick to sit back & complain but no one wants to contribute.

Other than yourself i think there are only a couple of other Victorian registered, certainly non contributing. Shame really!! Maybe the levels of computer literacy are not that high in Mexico. :D

Maybe if the Vic people or any for that matter want to contribute to maintain the site we need details of where to send money. the vBulliten program costs an annual subscription to use as does a domain name from time to time.

I second that from ernysp76... I'd be happy to pay "membership" to the "Excel Rally Association" - sign me up...
As one of the rarely contributing Victorians I'd just like to say that as a novice I don't know a lot about the whole scene yet... My racing experience is from over a decade ago and on bitumen circles at that. How's the old saying go "better to be quiet and thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt". That's where I sit at the moment...
Whilst not contributing too many posts I am an avid reader of the site - checking once or twice a day for new stuff... A little late but congratulations to the brains behind it all! One of the positives I have seen is that whenever I log on (at all hours) there are always a couple of guests as well... this thing looks like it should get really popular - I can't wait to be a part of it!
