The head office is 394 Lane Cove Road Macquarie Park. If travelling north from Top ryde on lane cove road its just after the Epping road overpass on the left.

There is no entry on Lane Cove Rd so take the next left (Waterloo rd) then Left again at coolinga and left into Giffnock. The driveway is at the end of Giffnock go up the ramp and park.

Yep kinda got is sorghted, the room is currently being used for training today and I won't have access until 5pm. we can do the video and use the phone for verbal communication.

We ran through the minutes of the National meeting which when given the OK I'll post. There wasn't much that we already don't know about.

one of the changes to the regs is the hole in the rear drum backing plate to allow adjustment of the rear shoes. The spoiler issue has been updated in the regs and the diff ratio confirmed.

No changes to vehicle mods from 2009- no quads Matt!!! but the mayors fluffy hand cuffs are OK

most discussion ws about Rally Victoria,

1. It will be the national event for 2010
2. Entry fee will be approx $750-interstate NSW/ACT competitors may get assistance but this is to be confirmed via sponsor with regards to transport and funds
3. Approx 180km Competitive- Note Thursday, Media Day and Excel special stage friday and Rally Saturday as part of the VRC. The ARC media day happens friday morning and we have access to the special stage for approx 2.5 hours at the end to do what ever we want. suggestions are a shoot of for seeding, an all in brawl-ala Rallycross, a legends/celebrity shoot out using Whitey's excel.
The ARC field will run 4 stages on friday afternoon including the super, we are gunna try and run the super on friday for excels.

4. Fro, Dammo and Adrian comitted to the rally

5. Cullen bros, Ryan and me are pretty much committed

6. Hyundai service/VIP area for Excels and I30

7. VIP spectating areas for Excel supporters/sponsors

8. possible camping at service park for Excel crews-to be confirmed

9. Service area is Lardner Park Warrigul- some big ass field day venue that the mayor almost lives at

Funds available to manage site until end 2010, whitey will need to hand over management of NSW Point Score Meting organisation, Rally Panel liasion and Sup reg negotiation with event organisers pretty soon.

Mick to follow up Whiteys initial discussions with new naming rights sponsor following RaceBrakes departure.

Are there specifications available/published for what is/not allowed for the drum brake adjustment hole?

I would love to attend the National event in VIC, but it will depend mostly on my finances - cost to enter, accommodation costs and days off work (= no pay). Is there any plan to investigate group accommodation options (= major party) or will it be every person for themselves?
